I discovered how to heal my body, promote my physical well-being and unlock energy and vitality simply by eating the food my body needs.

Now I want to help you do the same.

I’m Linn, and I’m a Nutritional Therapist.

I work with people who are fed up of feeling OK, and want to feel amazing. I help them learn how to use the food they eat to fuel, heal and revitalize their body.

I have been where you are.

Even though I grew up eating healthy home cooked meals, I spent most of my late teens and early twenties battling my body, my weight and my relationship with food. I got trapped in a vicious cycle of sugary food cravings, bad food choices, energy spikes followed by crashes, then back to the cravings. I felt tired and low a lot of the time, and I felt bad about my body and the choices I was making.

By my mid-twenties I was struggling with chronic fatigue, I was overweight and had a digestive system which no longer seem to do the job it should. I desperately needed to change my relationship with food and the way I treated my body. I finally stepped off the scales and gave up dieting for good! This was my catalyst for change.

At this time I made the decision to eat food which would be good for my body and make me feel good, and not feel guilty about the rest. And boy did my shift in mindset change and my health (and subsequently my weight)!

With my new attitude to food and nutrition, I felt better than ever, and I wanted to help others to do the same.


In 2007 I embarked on a transformational journey to study Nutritional Therapy with College of Natural Medicine (CNM) in Cork City. I loved studying the science of food and health and how the two are deeply intertwined. Witnessing how simple dietary changes can bring about big improvements in people’s health had a profound effect on me. I graduated in 2010 and started to work as a Nutritional Therapist shortly after.

I have also trained extensively with one of the brightest thought leaders in the nutrition industry world wide, Dr Deanna Minich, and have completed the certification of her practitioner programme –  CFSP. I now integrate the Seven Systems of Health in all of my work, which has made a huge difference both to my personal health and to the outcome of my client’s successes. This mind-body full spectrum approach allows me to truly help my client’s to tap into their own healing potential and thrive as their Whole Self.

The most rewarding part of my job as a Nutritional Therapist, is to see the transformation in my clients when they realise how quick and simple it is to cook nutritious food, how empowering it is to change the negative thought patterns in our mind  and how much better they feel, both inside and out, just by making a few simple changes and put our selves first (for a change!)

Having been on this journey myself, plus having spent years training and continuing to build on my skills and knowledge, I feel positive that I can help and support you on your own transformational journey to vibrant health.

Through my blog and programmes, I hope to inspire you to tune into your own body’s internal wisdom, to embrace the joy of cooking and discover the pleasure of eating nourishing colourful foods.

I want to help you learn to enjoy food again and enjoy it without guilt or anxiety.

I want to help you take the first step to a healthy lifestyle which will serve you and your body for the rest of your life.

Simply because you are worth it!


What you will find on my blog is a collection of recipes, some of my own, and others shared or inspired by some of my personal favourite chefs and food bloggers from around the world. People who share the same kind of passion about using only fresh unprocessed ingredients, as I do.

Basically it’s just Straightforward Nutrition – Simple Ways to FEEL Amazing!
