Straightforward Nutrition is about eating well in a simple honest way. Choosing foods which are wholesome, taste great and are nourishing on every level.
The recipes you’ll find here are made with just a couple of basic ingredients, as close to nature as possible, yet deliver delicious flavour and powerful nutrition. I don’t advocate any particular diet (other than one which is based on good wholesome quality ingredients). My job is to help you figure out which style of eating and what foods work for you. Together we will then make sure this style of eating fits your everyday life.

My food philosophy is about abundance.
Keep it varied, eat what makes you feel good and make sure your food choices are based on foods which will nourish your body AND satisfy your soul.
There are no “good” or “bad” foods.
There are foods which make you FEEL great. And foods which makes you feel sluggish, tired, bloated and miserable. You have the power to choose which ones you put into your body.
