From both personal and professional experience I have learnt that there’s a deep connection between the food we eat and how we feel.   To break the cycle of sugar cravings, emotional eating, lack of energy, bloated bellies and low moods we need to adopt a two pronged approach – We need to focus on changing both the food we eat AND the thoughts we think. Because they are connected!

Make Peace With Your Plate is a unique programme based on my Nutritional Therapy training and experience, combined with nutritional coaching, a mind-body approach and mindful eating tools. To bring you peace with the food on your plate and personal transformation in your life. This Programme is delivered through individual coaching sessions as well as weekly email / online support and accountability. I have found from past experience that this combination yields the best results, in both the short and long term.

 

This programme is completely personalised. It is specifically designed around your health and well-being goals. It is not a “one size fits all” plan.

I may make recommendations for supplements where necessary, but the overall focus of the programme is about developing strategies and tools to heal your relationship with food and eating as well as using the food you eat to nourish your body.

I have different packages to choose from, so you can get the support that is right for you;


The ONE thing intensive – One initial 60 min consultation + One 60 min follow up phone / Skype calls to be concluded within a 4 week period. In between the sessions we will have two contact points via email.

With this programme we’ll focus on the ONE most pressing issue you want support with. It could be help to create more variety in your everyday meals, or a deeper dive into attunement of your physical hunger or fullness ques. Or perhaps something else.

Cost of the ONE thing Intensive is €179.00 


 

MONTHLY FOLLOW ON SUPPORT

For some working on just one thing is all that is needed, however sometimes when changing behaviour, it takes time and requires on going support. Healing is not linear but layered and it is good to let it be a process.

If you feel you require more support over a longer period of time then these are the options:

Monthly One – One 60 min 1:1 session in person / Skype / phone. Plus weekly email check-in between sessions

Cost of investment €100 / month


Monthly x 2 – Two 60 min 1:1 sessions in person / Skype or Phone

Cost of investment €150 / month


Monthly unlimited, because sometimes we need lots of support and someone else to lean on. This includes a weekly 1:1 one call (four per month).

Cost of investment €230.00 per month (please note that at least two of these sessions are by phone / Skype)

 

*** T&C – Please note that Monthly packages need to be paid in full before commencing and used up withing a maximum of 5 weeks. If you know straight up that you will need more than bi weekly support it is possible to book the Monthly Unlimited option before doing the ONE Intensive. ***
